Kyle Rosenthal
[CEO]
Mr. Rosenthal is a Tach Tech founder, and brings 15 years of experience in the fields of information technology and networking with an emphasis on network security, network optimization, and emerging technologies. Kyle has held a broad set of key roles at start-up and large companies including Juniper Networks, Bivio Networks, Technology Deployment and Research (TDR), Excite@Home, and Cox Communications. He was recognized by Frost & Sullivan as a "Mover and Shaker" in 2008, and continues to be a recognized resource for the industry, press, and general public for his knowledge of deep packet inspection and high-performance traffic processing. He serves as Executive Director for dPacket.org, a community that addresses both the technical and social challenges that face the future of networking and global communities due to the rising use of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI). Kyle is a partner in the MetroSITE Group, where he provides strategic advisory services to companies and clients involved with cyber critical infrastructure protection. Kyle holds a B.S. in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Dr. Rosenthal served the United States Public Health Service for 27 years, and retired as a Captain (O-6). He has been recognized throughout his career for his outstanding leadership performance earning multiple awards and commendation medals. Advances in computing technology and electronic repair have always been his passion. He founded Rosenthal Enterprises, Inc. in 1984 to pursue his interests as a nation-wide provider of electronic equipment and services. Lawrence holds degrees from the University of Illinois, the University of Southern California, and the DeVry Institute of Technology.

Dr. Elan Amir
[Advisor]
Dr. Elan Amir brings broad technology and leadership experience in the networking industry. Dr. Amir joined Bivio Networks in 2003 as CTO and assumed the present CEO position in 2004. Prior to joining Bivio Networks, he served as CTO for OmniSky Corporation, one of the pioneers in the wireless data application, software, and services sectors. Dr. Amir oversaw all aspects of the company’s technology development, its direction and strategy, intellectual property development, and merger and acquisition due diligence. Prior to OmniSky, Dr. Amir was CTO and vice president of engineering at ProxiNet, one of the first developers of web browsing solutions for mobile devices. ProxiNet was acquired by Puma Technology (now Intellisync corporation) in 1999. Before ProxiNet, Dr. Amir co-founded FastForward Networks, a developer of broadcast media distribution software. FastForward Networks was acquired by Inktomi Corporation in August 2000.
Doug Marschke

Doug Marschke authored the JUNOS Enterprise Routing and JUNOS Enterprise Switching books. He is JNCIE-ER #3,JNCIE-M #41 and JNCIS-FW, JNCIS-EX certified. He is also the writer of various Juniper certification exams and co-writer of the JNCIE Enterprise Exam. Doug is currently a principal partner at Proteus Networks, and is an engineering graduate from the University of Michigan.
